Account recovery

If you can no longer receive mail at your sign-in address, use one of your account recovery codes to move it to a new one.

A recovery code is used up by the attempt, whether or not it succeeds. Check the details before you submit.

One of the codes you saved when the clinic was created, or from Security settings.

You must be able to receive mail here now — the confirmation link goes to it.
