Terms of Service

The 3yadtk platform is operated by Limitless Royalty LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Florida, United States ("we", "us"). These Terms are an agreement between you and that company. By using the platform you agree to be bound by them, and if you are using it on behalf of a clinic or medical institution, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that institution to these terms.

3yadtk is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) clinic management platform including: appointment and walk-in queue management, electronic medical records, prescriptions and lab orders, billing and credit notes, patient reminders by email and device push notification, a patient portal for viewing, an in-app assistant, and insurance claim and pre-authorization management. The WhatsApp and SMS channels, and direct integration with national health insurance systems (NPHIES, NABIDH), are in development, are not part of the Service today, and send nothing; they will be included in the plan if and when they launch, and should not be relied upon in deciding to subscribe.

By default, data for every clinic — including clinics in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates — is hosted on our hosting provider's infrastructure in Europe, and is not stored inside Saudi Arabia or the UAE. In-region hosting is not part of the standard subscription. It is arranged on request, priced separately, depends on a suitable hosting region being available, and takes effect only once agreed in writing and provisioned for your clinic.

As the controller of your patients' data, you are responsible for determining whether hosting it outside your country is permitted under the regulations that apply to your clinic, and for obtaining any consent or approval required. If your clinic is required to keep data inside a particular country, contact us before subscribing.

Limitless Royalty LLC is established in the United States. We are not established in any of the countries we serve — Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt or any other — and we have no company, branch, office or commercial registration in any of them. The Service is operated and supported remotely from outside all of them, and our personnel access the hosted data from the United States.

The Service is offered as a single plan available on two billing cycles: a monthly subscription of $9.99 USD, or an annual subscription of $99.99 USD. Both include every platform feature with unlimited doctors, patients, and branches; the cycle you choose makes no difference to the features you receive. Fees are charged in US dollars, and payments are processed through Stripe with full encryption.

A 30-day free trial is provided with every feature unlocked. No payment information is required during the trial period, and no amount is charged automatically when it ends.

Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically on the renewal date using your saved payment method — every month on the monthly cycle, every year on the annual cycle. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before each annual renewal. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time from Subscription Settings, in which case your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Changing billing cycle: You may move between the two cycles at any time from Subscription Settings. Moving from monthly to annual prorates the price difference and charges it immediately. Moving from annual to monthly converts the unused portion of your year into account credit applied to your subsequent monthly invoices; it is not paid back to your payment method. If you want the money returned instead, use the pro-rata refund described below.

Pro-rata refunds: At any point during a period you have paid for — the month or the year — you may request a refund of its unused days. This is a separate action from turning off auto-renewal: the amount is quoted to you before you confirm, and is calculated from the days remaining in the billing period you paid for, with any day on which you had access counting as a full used day. Taking the refund ends your subscription and your access to the Service immediately.

Subscriptions billed through an app store: the self-service cancellation and refund terms above apply to subscriptions charged directly through Stripe. A subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play is managed entirely by that store — cancellation and refund requests are made there and are governed by that store’s policy, and we cannot process them on your behalf.

Cooling-off Period (Right of Withdrawal): You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge (after the free trial), provided the service has not been materially used for commercial purposes during that period. We grant this equally to every customer in every country we serve, whatever the local consumer-protection regime requires — and where your own country’s law gives you a longer or stronger right, that law applies instead. This right is in addition to the pro-rata refund policy above and is not replaced by it. To request a refund, email billing@3yadtk.com.

You must:

• Use the platform only for legitimate medical purposes
• Obtain explicit patient consent before processing their data
• Comply with all applicable local healthcare regulations
• Not attempt unauthorized access to other clinics' data
• Promptly report any security incident or data breach

You must not:

• Share account credentials
• Use for non-medical or illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform
• Misuse patient data for marketing purposes

Limitless Royalty LLC retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, its interface, source code, and content. This agreement grants you no ownership rights in the platform — only a limited, non-exclusive license to use it.

Your data and your patients' data belong to you exclusively. We claim no ownership over the data you enter into the platform.

You, as the healthcare provider, bear full responsibility for medical care decisions made using the platform. 3yadtk is a supporting tool and not a medical advisor. Do not rely on the platform for medical decisions without qualified professional judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3yadtk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time in one of two separate ways: turn off auto-renewal, in which case your access continues to the end of the year you paid for; or request the pro-rata refund for its unused days, in which case your access ends as soon as the refund is issued. Both are available for subscriptions billed through Stripe; app store subscriptions are cancelled in the store itself, as set out in section 3. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of acceptable use terms, with prior notice where possible.

Upon account termination, you may export all your data within 30 days of termination. After this period, data is deleted per our data retention policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of material changes 30 days before they take effect via your registered email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States — the jurisdiction in which the operating company is formed — without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are to be resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Florida, unless both parties agree in writing to arbitration.

We do not adopt any one served country's law as the governing law of all the others. The Terms are identical across all fourteen countries, and there is no reason a clinic in Cairo, Casablanca or Kuwait should litigate under the law of a different country in the region.

This choice does not remove any right given to you by mandatory law in your own country — consumer protection, personal data protection, or healthcare regulation. Those continue to apply where they apply, and nothing in these Terms is intended as a waiver of them.
