Terms of Service

By using the 3yadtk platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a clinic or medical institution, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that institution to these terms.

3yadtk is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) clinic management platform including: appointment management, electronic medical records, billing, queue management, WhatsApp/SMS notifications, and health insurance system integrations (NPHIES, NABIDH).

The Service is offered under a monthly or annual subscription model. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. Payments are processed through Stripe with full encryption.

A 30-day free trial is provided for all plans. No payment information is required during the trial period.

Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically on the renewal date using your saved payment method. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before each renewal. You may cancel at any time from Subscription Settings.

Cooling-off Period (Right of Withdrawal): Under consumer protection regulations in KSA (e-Commerce Regulation art.11), UAE (Consumer Protection Law Decree 5/2023 art.15), and equivalent MENA frameworks, you have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge (after the free trial), provided the service has not been materially used for commercial purposes during that period. To request a refund, email billing@3yadtk.com.

You must:

• Use the platform only for legitimate medical purposes
• Obtain explicit patient consent before processing their data
• Comply with all applicable local healthcare regulations
• Not attempt unauthorized access to other clinics' data
• Promptly report any security incident or data breach

You must not:

• Share account credentials
• Use for non-medical or illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform
• Misuse patient data for marketing purposes

3yadtk retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, its interface, source code, and content. This agreement grants you no ownership rights in the platform — only a limited, non-exclusive license to use it.

Your data and your patients' data belong to you exclusively. We claim no ownership over the data you enter into the platform.

You, as the healthcare provider, bear full responsibility for medical care decisions made using the platform. 3yadtk is a supporting tool and not a medical advisor. Do not rely on the platform for medical decisions without qualified professional judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3yadtk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of acceptable use terms, with prior notice where possible.

Upon account termination, you may export all your data within 30 days of termination. After this period, data is deleted per our data retention policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of material changes 30 days before they take effect via your registered email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Gulf Commercial Arbitration Centre.
