Is the interface fully in Arabic?+
Yes. 3yadtk is Arabic-native — not a translation. The interface is RTL-first with dual Hijri/Gregorian calendars, Arabic name input with trigram search, and per-user language preference switching.
Will 3yadtk support national health insurance systems?+
Yes, the platform is designed to support integration with national health insurance systems across the region. This integration is in development and will be included in your plan at no extra cost when it launches. In the meantime, the system supports manual insurance claim management and pre-authorization tracking.
How does WhatsApp integration work?+
We use WhatsApp Business API through our certified partner Unifonic. No technical setup needed — just provide your clinic's WhatsApp number and enable the channel from settings. Messages send automatically on booking, reminder, and queue update.
Can I import my existing patient data?+
Yes. 3yadtk provides CSV import tools for patients and appointments. Our support team will assist with data migration from any prior system at no charge during initial setup.
What happens after the free trial?+
You continue using the system after choosing a paid plan. Your data is fully preserved. If you choose not to subscribe, you can export all your data for free within 30 days of trial expiry.
Where is patient data stored?+
The infrastructure is designed to route patient data to a dedicated regional database per country — without cross-border transfers.
