Dates are Gregorian everywhere — the schedule, the date inputs and the API all agree — which is deliberate: a Hijri display that differed between server and browser once showed a 12 August appointment as 29 Safar. Hijri display is on the roadmap.

It sees only what the person asking can see — the same role permissions apply to its tools, so a receptionist cannot reach through it to anything the screen would not show them.

For clinics in Saudi Arabia, the simplified tax invoice carries a TLV-encoded QR code with the fields ZATCA specifies: seller name, VAT registration number, timestamp, total including VAT, and VAT amount. The invoice number and issuer details are frozen at the moment of issue, so a reprint is identical to the original, and a correction is made with a linked credit note rather than by editing the invoice. That covers issuing and archiving; direct clearance integration with Fatoora is not included. The code is not printed on invoices in other countries, because it is a Saudi standard — Saudi Arabia is not a favoured case here, it is simply the first country whose encoder was built, and any other country with its own regime gets its own when that is built.

Not through a self-service tool — there is no CSV import for patients or appointments in the system today, and we would rather you knew that before subscribing than after. If you are coming from another system, contact us with the size and format of your data before you subscribe and we will tell you what can be done and what it would cost, if anything. Export is built in the other direction: you can take all of your data out as CSV or Excel at any time.

Nothing is charged automatically, because the trial never asks for a card. If you choose not to subscribe you can export all your data for free within 30 days of trial expiry.

By default, on our hosting provider's infrastructure in Europe — including for clinics in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. In-region hosting is available on request as a paid add-on, once agreed in writing. The platform is built to route each clinic to a regional database, so moving a clinic in-region does not require re-platforming. Yes, with no early termination fee, on either billing cycle. Subscription Settings has two separate buttons: "Cancel at End of Period" keeps your access until the month or year you paid for runs out, and "Request a Refund for Unused Time" quotes the pro-rata value of your remaining days before you confirm and then ends access immediately. Both apply to subscriptions billed through Stripe; app store subscriptions are managed in the store.
