Yes. The platform supports displaying both Hijri and Gregorian dates in all date fields. Dates are stored internally as ISO 8601 UTC and displayed in the appropriate calendar based on user preference.

The platform automatically calculates VAT at the appropriate rate for each country (15% for Saudi Arabia, 5% for UAE). It appears clearly on invoices with the clinic's tax number.

Yes. You can cancel at any time without penalties. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, you can export all your data within 30 days.
